HRM Properties & Development began its first major commercial development, known as Mason Square, in 1995. This was a 30 acre commercial project located at the corner of US Route 34 and Douglas Road in Oswego, IL. Phase I (15 acres) was successfully completed in 2001 and is home to BP Amoco, Old Second National Bank, Culvers Restaurant, La Petite Academy and a 47,000 square foot retail center. Mason Square's location and development was the cornerstone for the development of the neighboring corners which includes anchors like Target, Home Depot, Dominick's and Office Max.

This allows the end user to take advantage of market knowledge and experience thus allowing for speed and accuracy to the marketplace. This program is based on ongoing communication and full proof implementation thus leaving the end user to focus their time on their core business aspects. Through this division we also offer a Tenant Fit up platform offering end users a full service design and construction model focusing primarily on leased environments or building purchases that may require upgrades or retrofits.
